Michael DiPaolo, is the restaurant’s chef and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute in Hyde Park. Chef Michael and his staff whip up daily lunch and dinner specials of steak, seafood and pasta, as well as the popular Wednesday Italian Feast. The menu changes approximately twice a year, each time adding new and popular items to the repertoire of excellent dishes.
Many vegetarian selections are available, as are the gluten-free items for those with special dietary requirements. An excellent desert menu complements any meal. For the night owl, the entire menu is also available until closing, complete with cappuccino or espresso.
