It is imperative that the Banquet Office is notified of the guaranteed number of guests attending at least (2) two weeks before the function. The GUARANTEED AMOUNT, for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend, can be changed 48 hours prior to function date. 2. The Menu must be determined at least (3) three weeks prior to the function date. 3. Ilio DiPaolo’s shall not assume responsibility for any merchandise or articles left in the Banquet Rooms during or following an event. 4. Payment shall be made the day of the function, unless credit has been established prior to the event. 5. Ilio DiPaolo’s reserves the right to substitute an alternate room should the projected attendance fall below the original estimate, or the function on a particular date warrants a substitution. 6. A minimum of 165 people must be guaranteed to use the entire banquet facility. A minimum number of 35 people or $1,000.00 minimum must be guaranteed in order to reserve a private room on Friday and Saturday. A minimum of 60 people or $2,0000.00 minimum must be guaranteed to reserve a large room. A tentative booking will be held for 1 week only. 7. Deposits made to Ilio DiPaolo’s are not refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless we can schedule another party of equal number for that same date. A deposit is required to hold a date. 8. Table glitter, confetti or bubbles are not permitted in our facility or cleaning charges will apply. 9. 17% Gratuity and applicable NYS Sales Tax will be added to the total bill. 10. Menu variations for special dishes are available. 11. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 12. PRICES ON ALL BANQUET MENUS ARE BASED ON A CASH PAYMENT.
